This policy explains what PinkSlip RE collects when you use this website or become a sponsored agent, how that information is used, and who else receives it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to sponsor your license and communicate with you:
- Name:provided at checkout and used on your sponsorship agreement.
- Email address:provided at checkout or when you request the Referral Playbook.
- Payment information:processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's hosted payment fields and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Website analytics data:pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and similar activity on this site.
How we use it
- To process sponsorship payments.
- To deliver your sponsorship agreement and onboarding materials.
- To send email communications about your sponsorship, referral opportunities, and brokerage updates.
- To measure advertising performance and understand how visitors find and use this site.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties who receive your information
We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf:
- Stripe:payment processing.
- MailerLite:email delivery.
- Meta:advertising pixel and ad measurement.
- Google Analytics:site analytics.
Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as needed to comply with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements related to your sponsorship.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. Both place cookies in your browser and collect browsing data, including the pages you view, how you arrived, and actions you take such as starting checkout or requesting the Referral Playbook. This data is used to measure advertising performance and improve the site.
You can limit this in two ways:
- Browser settings:most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site function.
- Meta ad preferences:you can review and adjust how your activity is used for advertising in the Ad Preferences section of your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Data retention and deletion
Sponsorship and transaction records are kept for at least four years after your sponsorship ends, consistent with Texas real estate recordkeeping requirements and applicable tax and accounting rules. Marketing email records are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the providers listed above.
You may request a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion by emailing Support@PinkSlipRE.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. Records we are legally required to retain cannot be deleted on request, but we will delete what is not subject to that requirement.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
